What gym software really costs in a year.

Monthly prices hide how much these platforms differ, because most of them charge more as your academy grows. Put your numbers in and see the twelve-month total. Every figure comes from the vendor's own pricing page, and where a vendor doesn't publish one, this says so rather than guessing.

Dues only change one row: BJJLINK's entry plan takes 1% of everything your academy collects, so their bill moves with your revenue. Defaults are 90 members at $150, roughly the US martial arts average.

At 90 members, Primodojo costs $710 less a year than the cheapest platform here that publishes a price for a gym your size.

Twelve-month cost at 90 active members, $150 a month in dues. The order never changes, so you can change your roster above and watch one platform's number move.
